Do I need to include my SIM card?
Not at all. We have our spare SIM cards that we use to test iPhones and diagnose faults. Feel free to keep yours and use it in a spare phone if you have one.

Do I need to provide my passcode? Ideally yes. This is so that we can offer you the best level of service. Without your passcode/access to your phone, we are unable to fully test your device. This can include features such as the camera or Bluetooth module. As with all repairs, we fully test the device before and after repair. If we are unable to do this, unfortunately we cannot provide warranty.

What happens once I’ve posted my device for repair? Once we receive your device, we’ll email you to confirm receipt. At this point we will also confirm that the repair you initially logged with us is correct. If for any reason, it’s different i.e. you booked in for an iPhone 6 screen repair and your phone is actually an iPhone 6s, we will contact you to confirm the change in price.
We will then complete the repair of your device and email you an invoice. Once payment is received, we will post the repaired device back to you.

Am I able to pay over the phone? Unfortunately not, we don’t accept payments over the phone for any repairs. All invoices are sent via iZettle as the payment is protected.

We collect and deliver to and from Zones 1 to 3 using tracked and insured pushbike couriers. Book your repair before 1pm to have your device returned the same day.
