How does this service work?With this service, you would not be required to leave your place of work or home to have your device repaired. We would arrange for your device to be collected, via secure courier, and have your repair completed at our office. Once the device has been repaired, it would be returned to you via courierHow can I arrange a courier collection?Simply fill out a repair request form online (first select your device from the top menu, then your repair). Or alternatively, call through to one of our Central London offices on either 0207 099 8517 (Oxford Circus) or 0207 043 1015 (Bishopsgate) to book an appointment over the phone. Where can you collect from?We always advise our clients to leave their device with reception or the loading bay (for larger buildings) ready for our couriers to collect. Please place your device in an envelope or a jiffy bag marked with 'iCorrect' and your full namePlease note: We are charged a waiting time, per minute, if the courier is unable to collect the device when they arrive. Please ensure your device is ready for collection and provide full details of the collection location on your repair request. I'm not able to leave my device with reception, can you call me for the collection?Yes, we are more than happy to call you upon collection of your device. Please provide a landline number and an alternative mobile number (if you have one). Please specify you wish to be called upon collection in your repair request. If specified we shall ensure our courier calls you once they are at your location.Can this be completed today?Yes, we complete all of our repairs on a same day basis using this service. Our couriers will collect your device normally within 30 minutes, with an average 2-hour turnaround. After you have submitted your postcode in the quote screen, you will be notified of the collection and delivery times. How do I make payment for the repair?We always take payment for your repair after completion. Once we have received your device and completed the repair, we will email an invoice to you which can be paid online. Our online payment platform is super easy to complete and takes all credit & debit cards including American Express. Once successful payment has been taken we will dispatch your device via courier back to your address. How long is my warranty for the repair?We provide full 2-year warranty on our completed repairs. Our iPhone repairs are completed on a same-day basis, most within 30 minutes. We repair all faults from iPhone screen repairs, iPhone charging port repairs and iPhone battery replacements to iPhone liquid damage repairs.
Our iPad repairs are all completed at our base, with most completed on a next day basis. We offer repairs for the iPad screen repair, iPad battery replacement and iPad Charging port repair.
Our iPod repairs are only for the Touch range. All repairs are completed on a next day basis. We offer repairs for the iPod from the iPod touch screen repair to iPod touch battery replacement.
Our Macbook repairs are normally completed on a next day basis. Our quicker turnarounds are for the Macbook Screen Repair, Macbook Keyboard Repair and Macbook Trackpad Repair.
