If you already know the repair you need, you can book your repair online or visit our Central London repair centre. If you are unsure what the fault is, or if your device has been liquid damaged or will not power on, we recommend starting with a full diagnostic. Our team is available to answer any questions about your device or the service.

2. Choose How to Get Your Device to Us

  • Walk-in Service: Come and visit our Central London location, no appointment needed. We are open Monday to Saturday.
  • London Courier Service: If you are based in Central London, we can arrange a same-day collection by courier.
  • National Courier Service: If you are outside London, we will send you secure packaging. All you need to do is pack your device and hand it over to the courier when they arrive.

3. We Receive Your Device

  • For diagnostic bookings: Your device is logged and passed to our diagnostic team. We complete a full device inspection and identify the exact fault. Once complete, we send you a detailed repair plan and fixed-price quote. You are in control of what happens next.
  • For standard repairs: Your device is passed directly to one of our repair technicians and the repair is completed using original parts and correct tools. No guesswork, no shortcuts.

4. We Keep You Updated

We notify you when your repair is complete. You can choose to:

  • Collect it in store
  • Book a return delivery to your home or business
